An invigorating and interactive workshop through the art of gesticulation, led by film director, Luca Vullo: a unique opportunity to learn how to gesticulate and ‘speak’ Italian through the particular code of body language. The director will also introduce his docu-film, La voce del corpo (www.lavocedelcorpo.com)
The movie, followed by the workshop, has been presented all around Europe, in the US and Australia, and has been a great success.
In UK has been screened at King’s College, UCL, Bristol and at the National Theatre, where director Richard Eyre was staging Liolà by Pirandello. Vullo was asked to led a workshop on Sicilian gestuality for the Irish actors. So it would be really interesting for the ‘Italian Society Theatre Group’, that is now working on Pirandello, to attend.
Vullo’s work has been praised by the Guardian, BBC, (http://gu.com/p/3h2mg), Corriere della Sera in Italyhttp://www.corriere.it/
This is definitely a “can’t miss” event!
The event will be in both english and Italian so you are all invited to attend, places are on a first come first served basis,
See you there!
